Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Poker Gods LLC d/b/a Sizzlin Sports. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using Sizzlin Sports (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Effective July 18, 2026.

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located.

We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone who does not meet these requirements.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since we use email-based sign-in links. Notify us promptly at Sizzlinsports@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

One account per person. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account or your access to paid content.

Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal at the then-current price until you cancel.

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. Price changes apply to billing periods beginning after the notice period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Billing Policy.

A membership grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the paid content for the sports included in your plan, for the duration of your membership. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

We may change, add, or remove models, features, and content. If we discontinue a model that your plan is built around, we will tell you and you may cancel.

Content availability may also depend on third-party data providers. If a data source becomes unavailable, a model may be delayed or paused.

Do not scrape, republish, resell, or redistribute our picks, models, ratings, or paid content. Do not share paid content in group chats, Discords, or other services. Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to reach, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

In community areas, do not post unlawful content, harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, or another person's private information. Keep the trash talk about the games.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund where the violation is serious.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service, including on the show.

You are responsible for what you post and represent that you have the rights to post it.

Physical products are produced and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner. Product descriptions, sizing, and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.

Merchandise issues — damaged, defective, or wrong items — are handled under our Refund & Billing Policy.

The Service is for entertainment and information only. It is not betting, financial, or investment advice. See our Disclaimer & Responsible Gaming page, which forms part of these Terms.

You acknowledge that wagering involves risk of loss, that any wager you place is your own decision, and that you assume all risk of loss arising from it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that any pick, projection, model output, odds figure, or statistic is accurate, complete, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poker Gods LLC d/b/a Sizzlin Sports, its owners, members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost wagers, gambling losses, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the Service — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poker Gods LLC d/b/a Sizzlin Sports and its owners, members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your wagering activity, or your violation of these Terms or of any law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in [STATE] for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at Sizzlinsports@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the version and effective date on this page and may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.

Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
