Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Poker Gods LLC d/b/a Sizzlin Sports. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using Sizzlin Sports (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Effective October 30, 2026.

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located.

When you create an account, and again when you buy a subscription or pass, you confirm that you are 21 or older. We do not market to anyone under 21.

We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone who does not meet these requirements.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since we use email-based sign-in links. Notify us promptly at Sizzlinsports@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

One account per person. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account or your access to paid content.

We offer two kinds of paid plans. Subscriptions (The Sizzlin Mind, Mind + Edge, and Tapp's Edge) are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically. Season passes are a single payment for a fixed window and never renew (section 6). Each plan's price, billing frequency, and what it includes are shown on the plan and again at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method the price stated at checkout, plus any applicable tax, in advance at the start of each billing period: every month on a monthly plan, every year on an annual plan. Your subscription keeps renewing at that price unless the price changes under section 9 or you switch plans.

Annual plans are billed once a year, in advance, and renew for another year at the end of each year. Before each annual renewal we email you a reminder, between 15 and 45 days ahead, with the renewal date, the amount, and how to cancel. Every subscriber, monthly or annual, also gets at least one reminder a year of what they pay and how to cancel.

You can switch between subscriptions from the billing portal on your account page. The portal shows what you will be charged, and when, before you confirm a switch.

Each plan includes a number of Ask the Mind questions, as listed on the plan; a free account includes 3 questions every 7 days. Unused questions do not carry over. Ask the Mind can be limited or paused if a data or service provider it depends on is unavailable.

The Sizzlin Mind and Mind + Edge include a 7-day free trial the first time you join. One trial per member: if you have had any subscription, trial, season pass, or complimentary membership with us before, the trial does not apply. The founding-member price (section 7) has no trial.

We collect a payment method when the trial starts and charge nothing during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and we charge the price you chose at checkout (monthly or annual) on day 8, and then on each renewal after that.

You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account page and you will not be charged. If you cancel, you keep access until the trial ends. We email you a reminder before your trial ends.

A season pass (for example, the NFL Season Pass or the Hoops & Hockey Pass) is one payment for access to the research it lists during a fixed window shown before you buy, such as through the Super Bowl or through June 30, 2027. A pass never renews, and we will never charge you again for it. Access ends when the window ends.

A launch or promotional price on a pass applies only to purchases made while that price is offered. If we refund a pass in full, the pass ends.

The founding-member price is The Sizzlin Mind on an annual plan at $79 a year, offered to the first 100 members who join at that price. It renews each year at $79 for as long as that membership stays active, even if the regular price of The Sizzlin Mind changes.

The founding-member price ends, and cannot be restored, if that membership ends (for example, you cancel and the paid year runs out, or a renewal payment cannot be collected and the membership is closed) or if you switch it to a different plan or to monthly billing. It is personal to your account and cannot be transferred.

You can cancel any subscription at any time, online, from your account page: choose Manage billing, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal, and cancel there. You do not need to call or email us, and there is no cancellation fee. You can also email Sizzlinsports@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for (or the end of your free trial), and you will not be charged again.

We may change the price of a subscription. If we do, we will email you at least 7 days before the new price applies to you, with the new price, the date it starts, and how to cancel. The new price applies from your first renewal on or after that date; if you do not want to pay it, cancel before that renewal.

A price change never applies to a season pass you have already bought, or to the founding-member price while that membership stays active.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Billing Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits a cancellation or refund right that the law gives you.

A subscription or season pass grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the members-only content included in your plan, for as long as your subscription is active or your pass window lasts. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

We may change, add, or remove models, features, and content. If we discontinue a model that your plan is built around, we will tell you and you may cancel.

Content availability may also depend on third-party data providers. If a data source becomes unavailable, a model may be delayed or paused.

Do not scrape, republish, resell, or redistribute our research, models, ratings, Tapp's Edge plays, or other paid content. Do not share paid content or your Ask the Mind access in group chats, Discords, or other services. Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to reach, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

In community areas, do not post unlawful content, harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, or another person's private information. Keep the trash talk about the games.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund where the violation is serious.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service, including on the show.

You are responsible for what you post and represent that you have the rights to post it.

Physical products are produced and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner. Product descriptions, sizing, and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.

Merchandise issues — damaged, defective, or wrong items — are handled under our Refund & Billing Policy.

The Service is for entertainment and information only. It is not betting, financial, or investment advice. See our Disclaimer & Responsible Gaming page, which forms part of these Terms.

You acknowledge that wagering involves risk of loss, that any wager you place is your own decision, and that you assume all risk of loss arising from it.

Parts of the Service, including Ask the Mind, generate answers automatically from our database using a large language model. Those answers are not reviewed by a person before you see them, can be wrong, and are not predictions, picks, or advice. By using them you accept that, as described in the "Ask the Mind and other automated answers" section of the Disclaimer.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that any pick, projection, model output, odds figure, or statistic is accurate, complete, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poker Gods LLC d/b/a Sizzlin Sports, its owners, members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost wagers, gambling losses, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the Service — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poker Gods LLC d/b/a Sizzlin Sports and its owners, members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your wagering activity, or your violation of these Terms or of any law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Nevada for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at Sizzlinsports@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the version and effective date on this page and may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service. For changes to what you pay or how billing works, we will also email members who have an active subscription or pass before the change applies to them; price changes follow section 9.

Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
