Respect for intellectual property
Sizzlin Sports ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property of others and expects members to do the same. Do not post content you do not have the right to post. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Our own picks, models, ratings, projections, graphics, and written content are protected by copyright and other laws and may not be scraped, republished, resold, or redistributed. See our Terms of Service.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed; (3) identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it, such as a URL; (4) your name, address, telephone number, and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on its behalf.

Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above. Include your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your contact information; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which we may be found). Where the law allows, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that it has filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances we will suspend or terminate the accounts of members who are repeat infringers.
