What we collect
Account information: your email address, and the username, display name, bio, avatar, and banner you choose to add.
Membership information: your subscription status, plan, and billing history. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
Content you create: posts, comments, picks you log, and other community activity.
Order information: for merchandise, the shipping name and address you provide, which we pass to our fulfillment partner.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and similar log data collected automatically when you use the site.
Why we use it
To operate your account and provide the Service, including gating paid content to active members.
To process payments, renewals, refunds, and merchandise orders.
To communicate with you about your account, your membership, and changes to the Service.
To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and account sharing, and enforce our Terms.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share what is necessary with service providers who operate parts of the Service on our behalf: Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and our merchandise fulfillment partner (shipping details for orders you place).
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
If the business is sold or reorganized, account information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Data retention
We keep account information while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Transaction records are retained as required by law.
You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can access and update most of your information from your account page, or ask us at Sizzlinsports@gmail.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link. We will still send essential account and billing messages.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls, and we rely on established processors for payments and authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact Sizzlinsports@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
